Position Summary BIM Coordinator - Architecture, as a part of multi-disciplinary projects teams, is responsible to provide drafting support to technically challenging projects. Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical with minimum 3 years of professional experience. At least 2 Year(s) of relevant experience in Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects Strong knowledge of Auto CAD is essential Knowledge of Revit is a must. Knowledge of other BIM software (Navisworks, ArchiCAD) will be appreciated Must have experience on international project. Ability to create and edit parametric families Scope of work: Develop BIM models for architectural services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services including architectural details, structural, MEP, energy model etc. Modelling the project as per LOD with tolerance of 1/32. Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWG, DWF, IFC & PDF. Generating sections/schedules/schematics in models. Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to the manager. Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform. Document and annotate 2D architectural set including Architectural Plans, Elevations, & Building Sections, Flooring Drawings, (FFL,) Wall Details, Door Details, Window Details, Furniture layout, RCP Plans, Material Take-off, Schedule & Quantities, Necessary Family Creation, (Title Block, etc.) Legends, Renderings, Working Drawings generated from 3D models. Perform clash detections among all trade models Populating Fabrication drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawing and Combined Drawing. Support team for material/quantity takeoffs Help in establishing a digital construction model for off-site construction Multi-tasker with ability to plan and prioritise his/her own project work schedule. Starts to demonstrate basic leadership skills and team management skills. Looks beyond the work assigned and works towards process improvement. Reviewing and designing architectural & engineering plans and coordinating with BIM team. Ensuring all plans are compliant with the local building development codes. Responsible for the project assigned during all stages of design, detailing, estimation, coordination & execution. Experience in working for US projects (preferable) and possessing expertise on regional projects Ability to review and coordinate with other disciples like MEP, Structures, and other associated consultants.
