Role Overview:

BIM Modeler – Structures

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Structure based on structural design and engineering inputs.
• Model structural elements such as columns, beams, slabs, foundations, staircases, and RC/steel connections.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure integration and clash-free design.
• Participate in clash detection, using tools like Navisworks, and assist in resolving design conflicts.
• Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and client feedback.
• Maintain BIM documentation and ensure adherence to project-specific LOD requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Follow company and client BIM standards to ensure model accuracy and quality.
• Support engineers by extracting data and quantities from the model for BOQs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in structural BIM modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.
• Good understanding of structural systems (RC & steel) and coordination with other disciplines.
• Familiarity with international codes and structural detailing practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in coordination teams.

• Must have GCC Project Experience
