🚀 We’re Hiring: BIM Modeller (Scan to BIM) – Spark BIM Pvt Ltd

BIM Modeller

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Convert laser scan/point cloud data into precise Revit models.
• Develop 3D BIM models with attention to accuracy, LOD standards, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality Scan to BIM outputs.
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and client specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quality checks and improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Scan to BIM workflow).
• Experience in modeling architectural, structural, and MEP elements from point cloud data.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and project deliverables.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong Revit skills may also apply).
