🚀 We’re Hiring: BIM Modeller (Scan to BIM) – Spark BIM Pvt Ltd Spark BIM Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller with expertise in Scan to BIM to join our growing team. If you are passionate about transforming point cloud data into accurate and detailed BIM models, we’d love to hear from you! 🔹 Responsibilities: Convert laser scan/point cloud data into precise Revit models. Develop 3D BIM models with attention to accuracy, LOD standards, and project requirements. Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality Scan to BIM outputs. Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and client specifications. Coordinate with internal teams for quality checks and improvements. 🔹 Requirements: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Scan to BIM workflow). Experience in modeling architectural, structural, and MEP elements from point cloud data. Strong understanding of BIM standards and project deliverables.
