Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Tiruchirappalli. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for preparing, managing, and maintaining building information models and construction drawings, ensuring alignment with architectural, structural, and MEP requirements. Daily tasks include creating and coordinating 3D models and collaborating with engineers and architects to develop accurate project details and ensure compliance with all design and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler
• Knowledge of architectural principles and the ability to integrate design elements into models
• Familiarity with Facade systems
• Experience in creating and interpreting construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and design teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience 0 -5 years
