The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, developing accurate construction drawings, and supporting architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design projects. The role requires technical proficiency and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and effective project deliverables. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and concepts. Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings. Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within BIM models. Ability to create and optimize models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with designers and engineers. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM tools. Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
