Skills: Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Landscape, plumbing, HVAC, PHE, Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler for a full-time mid-level position located in Madurai. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience in digital design and construction within the BIM environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Autodesk Revit, particularly in HVAC , plumbing design, and will be responsible for the efficient creation and management of Revit models that comply with project requirements. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong capabilities in plumbing design (Mandatory skill). Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in digital design and construction with a focus on BIM processes. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BIM 360 for collaborative project management. Ability to use Navisworks for model simulation and project review, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Familiarity with AutoCAD for supporting design duties and integrating various design elements. Experience with Public Health Engineering (PHE) for creating comprehensive building service designs. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and clients. Roles And Responsibilities Develop detailed Revit models with precision, focusing on landscape and plumbing design elements. Collaborate with project teams to integrate and coordinate BIM models across disciplines. Utilize Navisworks for clash detection and model analysis to enhance project efficiency. Maintain model integrity and compliance with project standards and client requirements. Support design processes using AutoCAD and ensure smooth integration with BIM workflows. Implement PHE requirements into models, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Provide technical support and guidance to the team, promoting best practices in BIM modeling.
