Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager, located in Kochi. The BIM Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes and models. Key responsibilities include coordinating BIM efforts between architectural, structural, Facade, Interior Designing disciplines, ensuring accurate virtual designs, and managing BIM project workflows. The role also involves regular collaboration with teams to resolve design issues and ensure project standards are met.

Qualifications

• 10 Years of expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Virtual Design
• Knowledge in architectural, structural, Facade, Interior Designing disciplines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with BIM software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications in BIM are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
