• Strong expertise in

  Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks

• Proven experience in

  UAE projects / standards

  (Plumbing & Firefighting systems).
• Ability to

  lead and manage a team

  of 5–10 modelers effectively.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of

  5–10 Plumbing BIM modelers

  and ensure quality deliverables within deadlines.
• Develop and review detailed

  3D BIM models

  for plumbing and firefighting systems using

  Revit MEP / AutoCAD MEP / Navisworks

  .
• Ensure models meet

  UAE codes, standards, and client specifications

  .
• Perform

  clash detection

  and resolve coordination issues with other services (HVAC, Electrical, Structural, and Architectural).
• Prepare

  shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings

  .
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and quality checks for the team.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
