BIM Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing 3D models for multiple trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), as well as creating Architectural and Structural 3D models from design drawings. Additionally, you will be developing Revit parametric families for various project components and extracting detailed construction and as-built drawings from 3D models. Your role will also involve reviewing construction drawings, assembly details, specifications, and submittals, analyzing project documents for potential issues, and documenting them for resolution. You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay updated on changes, and work effectively with internal and external teams to drive projects forward. Identifying challenges, providing clear solutions, and ensuring timely task completion will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) trades. - Create Architectural and Structural 3D models from design drawings. - Develop Revit parametric families for various project components. - Extract and prepare detailed construction and as-built drawings from 3D models. - Review construction drawings, assembly details, specifications, and submittals. - Analyze project documents to identify and document potential issues and conflicts. - Analyze changes between different sets of drawings and report them. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations as needed. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution. - Understand new scopes of work, create workflow, and execution plans. - Work effectively with internal and external teams to drive projects forward. - Identify challenges, provide clear solutions, and ensure timely task completion. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply). - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office. - Sound knowledge of estimating and costing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Progressive, hardworking attitude with a strong desire to achieve goals. - Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly. - Flexible in working across various projects in a fast-changing environment. - Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and focus on teamwork and collaboration.,
