Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models using Revit Software, focusing on reinforcement modeling & detailing.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate representation of structural elements in the model.
• Review project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards and project goals.
• Assist in the coordination of BIM models with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to BIM modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler specializing in reinforcement detailing, with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in

  Revit Software

  is essential; experience with Tekla Structure is a plus.
• Experience in working on multi-story projects (Residential, Commercial, Parking Structures, etc.) for international clients from regions such as the USA, UK, etc.
• Strong understanding of structural modeling & detailing principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
