Joining:

• Civil, Structural, and Plumbing design using AutoCAD and Revit
• Development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and regulations
• BIM model validation and periodic compliance audits
• Clash detection and coordination between engineering networks and building structures
• Updating and controlling BIM libraries and databases
• Preparation of BEP, model delivery schedules, and related documentation
• Monitoring LOD and LOI compliance with project stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting BIM models to approving authorities
• Assisting in the creation of BIM families and elements
• Technical coordination and proper use of information within the PDM system

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / M.E (Civil)
• Strong academic background
• Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory)
• BIM certifications or additional professional courses will be an added advantage
