RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop detailed 3D mechanical models (HVAC, plumbing, Fire Protection) using Autodesk Revit.
Assist senior engineers in preparing coordinated BIM models.
Interpret MEPF design drawings & work with Architecture and structure model.
Participate in model reviews and quality checks.
Maintain project documentation and adhere to company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
0.5 - 3 year of experience in AutoCAD/Revit drafting & modeling.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing or piping systems in buildings.
Familiarity with Autodesk Revit is preferred.
Good communication skills and a learning mindset.
