BIM Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM model at derived LOD.
• Coordinated model development of MEPF models.
• Create sheets for architecture and structure.
• Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects. Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices. Must have done Airport, Railway and Highway project.

B.Tech/B.Arch.

Salary Pay: 40000 - 70,000 per month
