ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES (related to routine task)

Activity & Resource Planning

Lead/represent Project Meeting with client.

Routine Correspondence with clients and all project stake holders effectively & impressively

Support in Marketing Functions for technical details as required

Shall have to travel & visit at any site as per project requirement.

Independently Clarify Client queries/comments technically in line with the regulatory guidelines

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Knowledge and understanding of all relevant local statutory compliance requirements as applicable for the department

Knowledge and understanding of relevant Design Guidelines

Experience of leading a team

Read and understand isometric, P&ID and as built drawings.

Understanding of Layouts and can develop the same .

Knowledge of developing Concept and basic Engineering Drawings

BIM PROCESS
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Process system design & Process safety, Basic knowledge of operation of major process equipmnet and its standard legend used in P&ID, Develop P&ID using Plant 3D, Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ /valve list, line list etc. from Plant 3-D, Develop Isometric views as per standard industry practices

BIM INSTRUMENTATION
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Process Instrumentation, Basic knowledge of operation of major Instruments and its standard legend used in P&ID, Develop P&ID using Plant 3D, Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ /valve list, line list etc. from Plant 3-D,Develop Isometric views as per standard industry practices

BIM UTILITIES & PIPING
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Plant Piping, Basic knowledge of operation of major Piping Components and its standard legend used in P&ID, Develop P&ID using Plant 3D, Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ /valve list, line list etc. from Plant 3-D. Prepare Piping routing with pipe rack and support structure, Develop Isometric views as per standard industry practices, Develop project model as per specifications for 30%, 60% and 90% review.

BIM HVAC
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Design of HVAC System , Basic knowledge of operation of major HVAC system Components and its standard legend used in P&ID, Develop P&ID using Plant 3D, Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ /valve list, line list etc. from Plant 3-D. Prepare Duct Routing, Piping routing with pipe rack and support structure, Develop Isometric views as per standard industry practices, Develop project model as per specifications for 30%, 60% and 90% review.

BIM FIRE FIGHTING
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Design of Fire Fighting & PHE System , Basic knowledge of operation of major Fire Fighting & PHE System Components and its standard legend used in P&ID, Develop P&ID using Plant 3D, Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ /valve list, line list etc. from Plant 3-D. Prepare Hydrant/Sprinkler Routing with pipe rack and support structure, Develop Isometric views as per standard industry practices, Develop project model as per specifications for 30%, 60% and 90% review.

BIM ELECTRICAL & ELV
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Design of Electrical & ELV System , Basic knowledge of operation of major Electrical & ELV system Components and its standard legend used in SLD, Develop SLD using Plant 3D/ Autocad, Prepare Layout showing location of electrical components, Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ for light fittings/ sockets etc. from Revit. Prepare Cable /Cable tray Routing, with pipe rack and support structure, Develop Isometric views as per standard industry practices, Develop project model as per specifications for 30%, 60% and 90% review.

BIM ARCHITECTURE
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Design of Architecture System , Develop project model based on Layout using Revit, Detailing of Structural elements like Staircase, External openings, Internal Openings, Masonary work, Toilet areas etc. Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ for civil Finishes etc. from Revit. Model , Develop project model as per specifications for 30%, 60% and 90% review.

BIM CIVIL & STRUCTURE
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Design of Civil & Structural System , Develop project model based on Layout using Revit, Detailing of Structural elements like Column, Footings/Foundations etc. Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ for Civil Structural Works etc. from Revit. Model , Develop project model as per specifications for 30%, 60% and 90% review.

BIM PHE
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Design of PHE System , Basic knowledge of operation of major PHE System Components and its standard legend used in P&ID, Develop P&ID using Plant 3D, Define project standard in Revit, Generate BOQ /valve list, line list etc. from Plant 3-D. Detailing of piping and fittings for Plumbing and sanitary Drainage works, Develop Isometric views as per standard industry practices, Develop project model as per specifications for 30%, 60% and 90% review.
