Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 8+ years’ experience in preparing mechanical shop drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software . Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations . Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Responsibilities Prepare mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Drainage, etc.) based on project specifications and consultant requirements. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance. Review design drawings and highlight discrepancies or missing information. Update and revise drawings as per site conditions and consultant/contractor comments. Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes and standards . Maintain proper documentation and drawing records. Qualifications We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman specialized in preparing shop drawings for mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and the ability to deliver accurate and detailed drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical services.
