Job Description

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • 8+ years’ experience

    in preparing mechanical shop drawings.
  • Proficiency in

    AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    UAE construction codes and regulations

    .
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare

    mechanical shop drawings

    (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Drainage, etc.) based on project specifications and consultant requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review design drawings and highlight discrepancies or missing information.
  • Update and revise drawings as per site conditions and consultant/contractor comments.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with

    UAE building codes and standards

    .
  • Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
