Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM models, collaborating with architects and MEP engineers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards, and providing support in project management. The position is located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk.

Qualifications

• BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Experience in Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
• Project Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
