The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM models, collaborating with architects and MEP engineers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards, and providing support in project management. The position is located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architecture and BIM sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, and contractors. Understand client needs and present tailored service proposals. Collaborate with technical teams to align project offerings with client expectations. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company services. Track leads, sales activity, and prepare periodic business development reports. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or BIM domain. Strong network within the architecture and construction industry is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with a proactive and goal-oriented approach. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
