Job Description

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BIM coordination, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage project requirements efficiently while working with global project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure compliance with project BIM standards, workflows, and quality.
• Conduct clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and maintain model integrity.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Research and implement BIM workflows and best practices.
• Create, maintain, and update BIM standards and templates.
• Coordinate multi-discipline BIM models (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Review and manage IFC parameters and project-specific data.
• Prepare schedules, documentation, and high-quality project deliverables.
• Support international projects (Singapore & Middle East) with precise BIM execution.
• Assist in developing project-specific BIM strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in BIM Coordination (minimum 2–4 years preferred).
• Proficiency in BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of IFC standards, BIM workflows, and project execution plans.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours & Compensation

• Work starts at 6:30 AM IST (to align with international projects).
• Flexible weekly hours – focus is on task/project completion rather than fixed shifts.
• Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
