BIM Coordinator

As a Senior BIM Coordinator at our Madurai location, you will be responsible for overseeing BIM processes to ensure seamless project execution. With 7 to 10 years of experience, you will demonstrate expertise in BIM Coordination, Landscape Modeling, and Revit. Your role will involve collaborating with landscape architects and design teams to integrate landscape elements within BIM models, utilizing Revit for model creation and coordination, and conducting Clash Detection using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts. Your proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing will complement BIM processes for comprehensive designs. Your ability to coordinate projects efficiently, manage timelines, resources, and expectations, along with your excellent communication and collaboration skills, will be essential for successful project delivery. You will be expected to oversee BIM Coordination processes, ensure model accuracy and completeness, facilitate project coordination meetings, maintain and update BIM models, and provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
