About the Role

BIM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the conversion of CAD drawings into accurate BIM models.
Review, audit, and ensure quality and consistency of BIM deliverables across projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and modelers to resolve design and coordination issues.
Manage clash detection and coordinate resolutions with project teams.
Support the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to modelers and junior team members.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for project updates and deliverables.
Apply BIM expertise in
fabrication modeling and detailing
, ensuring constructability and accuracy for shop drawings and production.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
4+ years of experience in BIM coordination (CAD to BIM essential).
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
