BIM Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our growing team in Kerala, supporting high-end interior and architectural projects for our Dubai studio. The role demands strong Revit expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with international design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural and interior drawings using Revit
• Create and manage parametric BIM models (LOD 300–400 as required)
• Coordinate with Interior Designers and Architects in Dubai to translate design intent into build-ready drawings
• Ensure design feasibility, technical accuracy, and compliance with project standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and documentation workflows
• Participate in coordination reviews and clash resolution (where applicable)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Up to 5 years or more professional experience as an Architect (Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Revit)
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Interiors)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for coordination and legacy drawings
• Experience with BIM collaboration platforms (BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret design intent, specifications, and IFCs

Technical Skills

• Revit:
• Families creation & modification
• Work-sharing & model coordination
• View templates, filters, and schedules
• LOD-based modelling (300–400)
• Basic understanding of clash coordination
• Knowledge of export workflows (DWG, IFC, PDF)
• Familiarity with international drawing standards (Middle East projects preferred)

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Dynamo (basic automation)
• Navisworks (review & coordination)
• Exposure to ISO / BIM execution plans (BEPs)

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear communication skills for cross-border collaboration
