About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect with 2–4 years of experience to join our design team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, architectural design principles, and project coordination. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering high-quality BIM models, ensuring design accuracy, and supporting seamless collaboration between architecture, engineering, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update BIM models for architectural projects at various design stages.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Implement BIM workflows, standards, and protocols to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, documentation, and visual presentations from BIM models.
• Support clash detection, drawing extractions, and data integration with other disciplines.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring alignment with ISO and industry standards.
• Assist in design detailing, space planning, and material specifications based on project needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs within project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience as a BIM Architect or in a similar architectural role.
• Proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural design processes, construction methods, and building codes.
• Experience in BIM execution plans and project collaboration environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,305.35 - ₹50,846.25 per month
