ELECTRICAL CAD DRAFTSMAN

We are seeking a skilled Electrical CAD Draftsman with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical drafting and system layout design. The ideal candidate must have a strong electrical engineering background and technical knowledge of electrical systems in building and industrial projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings for electrical layouts including power, lighting, earthing, cable routing, and panel schedules.
• Develop single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic drawings, and wiring diagrams based on design inputs.
• Interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation to create precise and compliant electrical drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other MEP teams to ensure clash-free and practical layouts.
• Revise and update drawings based on mark-ups or design changes.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, versions, and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with national and international codes and standards (such as IS, IEC).

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant CAD drafting experience in electrical design.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with other design tools like Revit (optional).
• Good understanding of electrical systems: lighting, power distribution, earthing, panel boards, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and architectural drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,830.03 - ₹37,818.15 per month
