MEP CAD Designer

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MEP CAD Designer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems drafting and detailing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and possess knowledge of MEP design standards with a focus on:

• Fire Protection Systems
• Utility Piping
• HSD (High-Speed Diesel) Storage and Transfer Systems
• Water Treatment Systems (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D detailed CAD drawings for MEP services including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Develop layouts and schematics for fire protection, utility piping, HSD fuel systems, and water treatment infrastructures.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
• Assist in clash detection and provide design modifications as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and project documentation protocols.
• Maintain drawing revision history and update documentation regularly.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant MEP drafting tools.
• Understanding of MEP coordination and interdisciplinary workflows.
• Experience in preparing GFC and IFC drawings.
• Good knowledge of piping layouts and MEP plantroom detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,082.84 - ₹50,053.58 per month
