Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clear analysis of client requirement and input received. Taken the ownership the work carried by the self/next level subordinate.
• Precisely verifying the deliverables in all respects.
• Produces clash and design issue reports
• Produces BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan

Marginal Duties:

• Willing to work as an BIM Architect with Client's project
• Document control support
• Coordinate with client if required

Experience Required:

• B.Arch/B.Tech/M.Arch/M.Tech or foreign equivalent in Architectural /Civil Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university
• Prefer with 3 years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre‐construction through hand off phase of commercial construction
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD®, Revit Architecture ®
• Good knowledge of Navisworks, Sketch up
• Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
