BIM Architect

Role & responsibilities

• B.Arch/B.Tech/M.Arch/M.Tech or foreign equivalent in Architectural /Civil Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university
• Ideal candidate should have 1-8 years of experience in BIM detailing work from preconstruction through hand off phase of commercial construction.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit Architecture
• Good knowledge of Navisworks, Sketch up
• Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

• Clearly analysis of client requirement and input received. Taken the ownership the work carried by the self/next level subordinate.
• Precisely verifying the deliverables in all respects.
• Produces clash and design issue reports
• Produces BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan
