BIM Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in surat The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM), preparing construction and architectural drawings, and overseeing submittals. The role involves close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and quality of the design and construction process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of creating and managing Submittals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to architectural and construction processes
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in BIM and architectural design is an advantage
