Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Gurugram. The BIM Architect will be responsible for managing and producing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and architectural drawings. This role includes creating and reviewing construction drawings, preparing submittals, and ensuring alignment with project specifications. Collaboration with design teams and project stakeholders will play a critical part in delivering innovative and high-quality architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Excellent design and visualization skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with aviation industry projects is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
