Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage sales invoices & billing using accounting or billing software.
Maintain records of daily sales, customer data, and payments.
Send product offers, updates, and promotions to clients via WhatsApp.
Handle WhatsApp inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware or IT products is a plus.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Tally/Busy preferred).
Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
Must be active on WhatsApp and familiar with basic marketing tools.
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: 02 years (Freshers welcome)
