Billing Specialist

About the Role

We are a logistics company with 25+ years of experience, currently expanding and strengthening our billing team. We are looking for a Billing Executive with strong knowledge of billing procedures, GST, and payment follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices on time.
• Manage credit/debit notes and ensure GST compliance.
• Update invoices on GST portal.
• Maintain billing records and trackers.
• Verify purchase costs to avoid loss-making bills.
• Follow up with clients for payments.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance preferred.
• Experience in billing/accounting (logistics experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of GST, credit/debit notes, and billing systems.
• Proficiency in Excel/Tally or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
