Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on purchase orders and delivery records. Maintain up-to-date billing records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments. Resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and clients. Generate reports and assist with month-end closing and account reconciliation. Proficient in BUSY accounting software and Microsoft Excel for efficient billing operations.
