Job Description

Procurement and Accounts Payable:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing, terms, and quality.
Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve any supplier issues or disputes if any.
Verify, and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders, receiving documentation and process the same to Finance with all supporting documents.
Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
Maintain and update the approved supplier/vendor database and purchasing records.
General & Administrative
Maintain comprehensive and organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Generate regular financial reports related to billing and procurement activities for management review.
Ensure all processes comply with internal company policies, accounting principles, and relevant local, state, and local authorities.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, collaborating with internal departments to forecast demand and optimize stock.

Skills & Experience:

Experience: 5-6 proven experience in a billing, procurement, MIS or similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PPT & Word.
Soft Skills:
o Exceptional attention to detail and prominent level of accuracy.
o Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Liaison with govt bodies: To coordinate with government agencies time to time.
(Noida Authority, Jal Nigam, UPPCL, PCB etc.).
