EDUCATION :- BE/BTECH/DIPLOMA CIVIL/MECHANICAL

EXPERIENCE :- MINIMUM 5 TO 10 YEARS IN RELEVENT FIELD

SALARY: UP TO INR 60000/- NO BAR FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE (Only Experience in Relevant field and post is accepted.)

Additional Requirement

• Candidates must have prior experience in Railway FOB (Foot Over Bridge) projects.

• Billing Engineer – Key Responsibilities
• Quantity Surveying: Verify site and drawing-based quantities against BOQ/work orders.

Skills: Knowledge of IS codes/CPWD norms, Excel, AutoCAD, billing software, analytical & communication skills.

Billing Engineer – Key Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveying: Verify site and drawing-based quantities against BOQ/work orders.
• Billing: Prepare & verify RA/final bills for clients and subcontractors with proper documentation.
• Costing: Conduct rate analysis and assist in escalation bills.
• Coordination: Work with site teams, contractors, and QS for billing inputs; maintain records.
• Compliance: Ensure billing aligns with contract terms; resolve discrepancies.

Planning Engineer – Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Develop WBS, allocate resources, prepare baseline & revised schedules.
• Progress Monitoring: Track progress, prepare reports/dashboards, conduct delay analysis.
• Resource Planning: Forecast manpower, materials, and coordinate with procurement/site teams.
• Coordination: Act as link between site teams & management; lead review meetings with stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, prepare mitigation, update schedules for changes/constraints.
• Documentation: Maintain S-curves, look-ahead plans, delay/EOT records; use Primavera/MS Project for planning & EVM tracking.
• Billing: Prepare & verify RA/final bills for clients and subcontractors with proper documentation.
• Costing: Conduct rate analysis and assist in escalation bills.
• Coordination: Work with site teams, contractors, and QS for billing inputs; maintain records.
• Compliance: Ensure billing aligns with contract terms; resolve discrepancies.

Key Deliverables

• Baseline and revised project schedules.
• Weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Look-ahead schedules (2-week, 4-week plans).
• Delay analysis and extension of time (EOT) documentation.
