About the Role

billing and collection tracking

(Female Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Collection Tracking

a. Prepare and raise client invoices for ongoing project sites.
b. Maintain billing registers and ensure accuracy in invoice details.

c. Coordinate with project and accounts teams to confirm billing milestones.
d. Keep tracker on billing status and outstanding payments.

e. Knowledge of creating E-way bills, GST is add-on.

2. Admin & Front Office Support

a. Handle reception desk, calls, and visitors. Manage reception/front desk responsibilities with professionalism.
b. Maintain work order registers, employee documentation, office records etc.

c. Assist in HR activities of offer letters, joining documents, and employee records.

d. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of office and project-related tasks.

e. Support senior management with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Good English, Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting formats.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and good at record keeping. Persistence is key.
  • Professional and polite while coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to learn and handle multiple responsibilities. Positive attitude is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or HR/Administration preferred).
  • 24 years of experience in billing coordination, office administration/HR, or accounts support.
  • Experience in a construction, consulting, or project-based firm will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Architecture/Design/Construction/PMC industry is an added advantage.
