Billing Manager

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 1. Billing & Payout Calculation: • Handle billing and invoicing for clients. • Ensure accurate and timely payout calculations • Manage incentive and commission structures for employees. 2. Relationship Management & Client Interaction: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries related to billing, contracts, and services. • Engage in proactive communication to enhance client satisfaction. 3. MIS Reporting: • Generate and maintain reports related to billing, payouts, and commissions. • Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making. 4. RFP & Proposal Support: • Prepare RFP (Request for Proposals) documents and related reports. • Collaborate with the business development team for the preparation of client proposals. 5. Incentive & Commission Management: • Oversee the design and implementation of commission and incentive plans. • Monitor the payout process and ensure compliance with the company's policies. Skills & Qualification Required: • Qualifications: M. Com / CA Inter / Cost Accountant • Experience - Minimum 3 years, preferably in a NBFC or other financial institution in MIS Dept • Strong analytical skills, particularly in billing and payout calculations. • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and other reporting tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. • Familiarity with RFPs and contract management. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Immediate Joinee preferred
