As a Billing Manager for Civil Projects at Floor-Space India Pvt Ltd, your role involves preparing and verifying client and subcontractor bills. You will be responsible for managing RA bills, BOQ tracking, and work orders. Coordination with site engineers and clients for quantity validation is key to ensure accurate billing. It is essential to maintain compliance with GST, TDS, and contractual terms while also keeping billing records, reconciliation sheets, and reports up to date. Your qualifications should include a Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering with at least 3-7 years of experience in construction billing, preferably in warehousing or industrial projects. Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of construction drawings are crucial for this role. Additionally, good communication and coordination skills will enable you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders involved in the billing process.,
