Billing Executive - Modern Trade (MT)

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Billing Executive with 3–5 years of prior experience in Modern Trade billing within the FMCG industry. Candidates with exposure to the food industry will be preferred. The role involves accurate billing, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with customer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices for Modern Trade customers accurately and on time
• Handle billing as per customer agreements, schemes, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams for order processing and dispatch
• Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements in billing
• Reconcile invoices, credit notes, and debit notes with customers
• Maintain billing records and MIS reports
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly
• Support audits and internal controls related to billing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of billing experience in Modern Trade from the FMCG industry
• Experience in the food industry is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of MT billing processes, schemes, and deductions
• Working knowledge of GST and invoicing norms
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Work Mode: On-site
• Working Days: 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
