Job Summary:

We are hiring a Billing Executive to support our pharmaceutical business operations in Panchkula. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in billing and invoicing, with proficiency in Marg software. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and timely generate invoices using Marg software.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing and invoice transactions.
• Ensure adherence to company billing policies and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, dispatch, accounts) to resolve billing-related queries.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies related to invoices.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing activities.
• Monitor and regularly reconcile accounts receivable.
• Support audit and compliance requirements with appropriate billing documentation.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in billing or invoicing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Familiarity with GST rules and pharmaceutical billing norms.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable and financial reporting.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.Com or related field preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
