Job Description

Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Software Requirement: Must have working knowledge of the Marg Software

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Billing Executive to support our pharmaceutical business operations in Panchkula. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in billing and invoicing, with proficiency in Marg software. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and timely generate invoices using Marg software.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing and invoice transactions.
Ensure adherence to company billing policies and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, dispatch, accounts) to resolve billing-related queries.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies related to invoices.
Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing activities.
Monitor and regularly reconcile accounts receivable.
Support audit and compliance requirements with appropriate billing documentation.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in billing or invoicing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
Familiarity with GST rules and pharmaceutical billing norms.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of accounts receivable and financial reporting.
Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.Com or related field preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
