Job Description

We are looking for a Billing Executive with good experience in billing and accounts management. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain customer invoices accurately in Tally.
Handle day-to-day billing and accounting operations.
Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on payments.
Maintain sales and purchase entries in Tally.
Generate GST reports, E-way bills, and maintain related documentation.
Coordinate with dispatch and accounts departments for billing accuracy.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all billing documents.

Requirements:

Gender: Male Only
Experience: 2–3 Years in Billing/Accounts
Software: Tally ERP Knowledge is a must
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
