Location: Khar West, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a Billing Executive to manage invoicing, ensure timely billing, maintain accurate records, and support overall accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and experience in handling billing processes. Key Responsibilities: Generate and process invoices accurately and on time Coordinate with clients/customers for billing-related queries Maintain billing records and reconcile accounts Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in billing Assist in preparing billing reports and outstanding amounts of debtors and creditors Making, PO, PI & Sales Order Timings - Invoicing needs to be done late nights also Requirements: Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance Proven experience in billing/accounts Proficiency in Tally/ERP & MS Excel Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Salary: As per industry standards
