Job Description

Position Overview:
The Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing operations, preparing invoices, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role ensures smooth billing processes and supports the finance/accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and generate bills, invoices, and receipts accurately.
Handle customer billing, payment collection, and billing-related inquiries.
Maintain and update billing records and customer account information.
Verify billing data, prices, discounts, and service details.
Manage daily cash/online transactions and ensure timely deposit.
Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and customer service teams.
Reconcile billing reports and daily cash summaries.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and customer details.
Resolve billing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Skills & Requirements

1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, accounting/billing software, and computer systems.
Good math ability and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Professional and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
