Key Responsibilities
Billing & Verification:
- Prepare, verify, and process contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of bills to maintain project timelines.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain and manage BOQs, estimates, and billing documentation.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and reconciliation statements.
Cost Management:
- Monitor project budgets and control costs to avoid overruns.
- Generate monthly cost reports, cash flows, and project financial forecasts.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams.
- Communicate with contractors and clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Site Inspections:
- Conduct on-site measurements to validate material usage and work progress.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
- In-depth knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and bar bending schedules.
