Job Description

Key Responsibilities Measurement Book (MB): Conduct joint measurements with the Site Engineer and accurately record all executed works in the Measurement Book (MB). Quantity Variation: Identify, quantify, and prepare bills for extra/non-BOQ items that deviate from the original Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Rate Analysis: Prepare detailed rate analysis for new work items or non-BOQ works and obtain necessary approvals. 2. Cost Control and Reconciliation Material Reconciliation: Monitor the consumption of major construction materials (e.g., cement, steel) issued to contractors and prepare monthly reconciliation statements (Theoretical vs. Actual consumption). Cost Reporting: Track project costs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review. Budget Monitoring: Monitor the project budget and report any significant deviations promptly. 3. Documentation and Coordination Maintain and organize all billing records, contract documents, Work Orders, and Corrigendum in a systematic manner. Coordinate with the Site Team, Client, and the Accounts/Finance department to ensure smooth payment processing.
