Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare client and subcontractor bills based on executed work.
Verify quantities, BOQ items, and work progress at site.
Coordinate with project and site teams for measurement verification.
Maintain proper billing records, documentation, and reconciliation statements.
Assist in rate analysis, cost estimation, and preparing reports.
Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in billing, preferably in construction/infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of BOQ, tendering, and billing software (MS Excel, ERP, AutoCAD preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
