Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large-scale datasets from diverse sources using big data tools and frameworks.
  • Cleanse and preprocess structured and unstructured data to maintain consistency, accuracy, and usability.
  • Automate data ingestion and processing pipelines using scripting and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ensure data quality by validating completeness, accuracy, and consistency across datasets.
  • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, applying automated quality control checks where applicable.
  • Support business intelligence efforts by defining KPIs, analyzing trends, and modeling future scenarios.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through data insights.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in big data, analytics, and cloud computing.
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and external training to continually enhance data capabilities.
  • Promote best practices in data governance, privacy, and compliance across all data-related activities.
