Brilliant Infotech Inc. is expanding its Government Business Unit and is looking for an experienced Bid Writer with hands-on expertise in preparing winning US State Government RFP responses in IT Staffing & IT Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret RFPs/RFIs/RFQs from US State Agencies (NJ, NY, PA, VA, TX, FL, CA, etc.)
• Write high-quality, compliant proposals: Executive Summary, Technical/Staffing Approach, Management Plan, Past Performance
• Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from RFP review to final submission
• Coordinate with BD, Delivery, Recruiting, HR & Finance to gather inputs
• Prepare all required attachments, forms, resumes & compliance documents
• Maintain proposal templates, content library, and RFP tracker
• Ensure 100% compliance with submission instructions and deadlines

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience responding to 

  US State Government RFPs

   (IT Staffing mandatory)
• Strong English writing & proofreading skills
• Good understanding of IT roles & staffing models
• Experience with portals such as:

• NJSTART, BidNet, BidNet Direct, NYS Contract Reporter, PA eMarketplace, eVA, CA eProcure, TX SmartBuy

• Ability to manage multiple bids and strict timelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with City/County/School District RFPs
• Prior work in an IT Staffing or Consulting environment
