Job Description: Requirements and Skills A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Oracle applications, including Oracle Financials, SCM, or HCM modules. Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into Oracle solutions. Experience with end-to-end Oracle implementations and upgrades. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within defined timelines. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools is a plus. Oracle certifications such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, or similar are preferred.
