BI Specialist

Your role and responsibilities
Design, develop & build visual analytical models to identify trends, drill down using various measures and weave a story using data.Develop and run required system reports, analyze and compile data, and report progress and performance of systems and tracked business activities. Create interactive dashboards and reports through Tableau/Power BIMust be number & data savvy to crunch through large sets of complex data and derive meaningful insights.Support the division in achieving the pricing goals and business metrics and indicators for success. Provide Ad hoc analysis to support the business with actionable insights for tactical & operational price actions. On time reporting of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reports & analysisRegular monitoring, analysis & reporting on performance & insights to stakeholders. Familiar with Sales business processesOwnership of decision support tools including the design, implementation, and end-user training. Ability to analyze data to identify trends and key drivers, including post-mortemsDiscovery and design of new reports; ad hoc reporting as needed. Work closely with Senior management to define new analysis/reporting initiatives.

Qualifications for the role
Experience of working as BI developer in a large multi-cultural environment.5+ years of BI experience, preferably in Tableau or Power BIBachelors in engineering with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA-Marketing) from an institute of repute.Preferably be a Tableau Certified Developer.Excellent written, verbal and analytical skillsPrior experience in B2B and channel sales industry is highly desirable.Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and formulate recommendations.
